The Enterprise Center in Johnson County is a member of The Kauffman Foundation’s Start Us Up Coalition , a diverse coalition of organizations working to level the playing field for entrepreneurs in America. ECJC is proud to have been one of the five original members of the 2017 Kauffman Foundation’s Entrepreneurs’ Policy Network, the seed from which the Start Us Up Coalition has grown.
Kauffman Foundation's America's New Business Plan
The Kauffman Foundation’s America’s New Business Plan is a nonpartisan four-part policy roadmap to create new, good jobs and rebuild an economy for everyone. The plan is aimed at helping federal, state, and local governments grow the economy and increase economic opportunity for all. The four parts include:

- Access to Funding
- Access to Knowledge
- Access to Support
